Dr. Siddhartha Pandey is presently working as Vice President- HR at EMC Ltd., taking care of the HR function of the entire Group. EMC Limited (Formerly known as Electrical Manufacturing Company Limited) with over five decades of experience is one of India's fastest growing EPC companies and a world class provider of end to end power systems solutions across the world having presence across India and Overseas too. Primary responsibility is to take the organization towards change management, establishing a strong and robust HR system with people driven approach.
